  The geek squad here is awesome. I watched them handle a very rude customer with diplomacy and respect and then solve my problem in a matter of minutes. I made an appointment as usual and was very happy with the quick solution to my internet problems. Thanks geeks!

  Tried to drop off laptop for servicing. I was told to come back in over 5 hrs because it takes "paperwork" to drop it off and I need to make an appointment. I would understanding making an appointment to have it serviced, but to need an appointment just to drop it off is ridiculous!!!
