::The most horrible service you could ever imagine. No one cares. It takes weeks to get parts and an appointment. We have been without a refrigerator going on 4 months. They keep replacing parts, scratching their heads, this refrigerator is a lemon. We paid over $2000.00 for it, was only 13 months old when it stopped working. They conveniently do not document the service calls accurately so they don't have to replace the unit per the protection agreement. I will NEVER by a Sear product again!!!

::Was amazed to receive the part in the mail several days after the first technician was here. Appreciate the call letting us know another technician would be arriving in a short time. He was courteous and knowledgeable and completed the replacement of the new part in a short time. He also tested the washing machine by putting it into a "test drive" to make certain the machine was working properly. That's why we choose Sears appliances - it's all about the great service.

::Tech ( Harrison) offered to come Monday 9/25 day before original visit. Got to late had to turn him away. Tuesday 9/26 called after 4pm said he was to far away to come would come on Wednesday, 9/27 around 2pm. Never showed. Apparently Friday 9/29 when i called sears and unknown to me, I had an appt. Well he was a no show again. Monday, 10/2 got a call from same tech he was coming. When he finally showed up he only needed maybe 5 minutes to check out fridge. He said it was working fine no problems. Did not appreciate the run around. My second encounter with your service contracts. Gives me food for thought.
