  If I could give them zero stars I would. Had appointment scheduled for a 4 hour timeframe. Left work early, so I could meet repairman. No one ever showed. Call GE service, was told they are not coming. Was also told they had not gotten around to calling me yet. Asked since they never notified me prior of the cancellation prior to the appointment window, would my service call then be free or at a discount, was told NO. Worst customer service ever.
