  Been a few times but been to better Gap stores. The automatic door is half broken. Could be cleaner. A bit appalled to see babyGap area like the photo and that no staff or customer did anything about it so it must be that kind of store. Won't make visits unless have to. Nice coupons and sometimes nice sale items but am going to check out Zara and century 21 nearby.

  Ok it's a Gap. Self explanatory there. What matters with any Gap however is inventory and customer service. Where do they stand? I was able to find my size asking a non-sales employee who was gracious enough to " check the back " and even suggest a few color alternatives which I took. Finding a floor rep who could answer any question without passing me off to another sales rep who did the same was impossible. Let alone finding one and finding one with a working scanner device. So, inventory/size of store - great Customer service, long slow lines, and " don't ask me " sales reps? Check. For a quick visit for basics it's good but a browsing, trying-on, question-asking shopping experience is suggest trying another location.

  One of the better Gaps I've been to in NYC - sizable, good selection, fairly well organized (except the sale section but that's pretty common).

  My favorite store !!! Because it is easy for me to find what I want. It is on a very good location. And the workers always trying help.
