  Seriously... this location is hardly busy. Like 1-5 customers on average. Customer service? What customer service?!

  I called them during their business hours to see a product availability but nobody picked up for 10 minutes. It's shocking to see high class store like this doesn't even pick up their phone during the business hours. What a shame.

  I bought a navy blue suit from this store around this time last year. I don’t think I wore it more than 3 Times. I actually wore it again on a business trip to Africa. I went back to Paris and took it to a dry cleaner in the Latin quarter on rue monge ( the reason I mention the dry cleaner and location is coming) Before leaving to Africa I used a reputable dry cleaner on 57street and 8 Avenue. The owner of the cleaners in Paris asked me if it were a Boss suit for real. The reason she asked was the jacket has bubbles and only GLUE would do that . She couldn’t believe it was a boss suit. That suit was about $950. I went to the store and asked for the lady manager who confirmed to me in front of her employees about 4 of them that Boss uses glue for their suits. Of course I complained and was not very cheery especially when I was asked if I use decent cleaners. At the time I bought the suit, I purchased a winter coat and the inside by the pockets is now falling apart. If you want a Boss suit, dont go somewhere else. I used to buy them all the time when they were decently made, say like 10 years ago. Very disappointed.

  Poor service with nickel and dining for tailoring service. Tailoring costs are not consistent across Hugo boss stores. The salesperson was trying to capture several clients simultaneously leading to slow service. We were basically left waiting for long periods of time.
