::Depends on the time of day but most of the time the customer service is good but here lately when you go at night the cashiers are very rude. They rush me to find what I want I have been going here since it opened but will not come back due to their rudeness. Plus if your looking for anything that is not PlayStation or Xbox your better off diving the extra hour to go to entertainmart in Arlington.
