  Stopped in today to get a cable for my laptop that I needed and I'm walking around looking like a chicken with my head cut off because I have no idea what I'm looking for and nobody stopped and asked me if I needed help so I decided to go and ask and Associates and he just points in a direction and says it's over there and I have to ask him where at exactly over there where them blue boxes are so I just walked out the store because the customer service here sucks. This Best Buy has lost a customer and to cell so thank you for helping me save my money

  I bought a Apple Watch and it started to act up about a week after my purchase. When I went in to get it replaced, the only response I was getting was “take it to an Apple store.” So I did, I couldn’t get in for about a week due to south lake being closed. I got to the Apple store and they informed me that they could not replace the watch because I had bought it at Best Buy. I told them about my experience at Best Buy and they informed me that Best Buy should have handled the exchange. I was pissed off. So I called up and I was told that he exact same things, “take it an Apple store.” Apple took care of us, Best Buy you didn’t. Needless to say I will think twice, three and even a fourth time before I spend any more money here.

  Employees are awesome(5 stars) with great service and friendliness. Available product on shelf (3 stars) is always a problem at this store, I'm often needing several of whatever I'm buying and more often than not they only have 1 or MAYBE 2. Call before you go.

  Only been to this store one time but Lupe is definitely one of the best and most helpful Best Buy employees I’ve ever dealt with and I shop at Best Buy often. She is very very knowledgeable on Apple products and photoshop. She also went above and beyond on helping us with discounts/price matching and buying the accessories needed for what we were looking to do. Overall GREAT experience thanks to Lupe!!!

  This Best Buy is wonderful. The customer service is great and the employees go above and beyond. It's not the biggest Best Buy I've seen but it's a nice size with a nice selection. And of course, there's always the ship-to-store option
