  I want to give this place five stars. It has the largest selection of merch maybe in the state. The only problem came recently when I tried to do a albeit after hours return after making contact with an employee who had me wait in the parking lot for 1 hour while they closed only to never come out with the exchanged item as previously discuss over the phone. Chalk it up to lesson learned I shouldn't have tried to get assistance last second but it was a situation where I had to leave and I stay a few hours away... updated. After careful consideration I've come to terms that my resentment is unwarranted and I'm being a cry baby 5 appropriate stars.

  The woman who works there may be the rudest person I have ever encountered. I used to frequent this location but since the change in staffing I will go out of my way to shop at another location.

  I was very happy with the visit. They are always very friendly at this location. They maintain stock well and the store is very organized.

  The kid next to me was returning a used Xbox controller that he bought here that didn’t work. I got home to find out the Nintendo DS game I bought didn’t work. Maybe go there and sell them your broken games and equipment since they dont test stuff.
