  Incredibly rude, misleading and disrespectful, specifically the Manager Alex. I will be going to the one outside the mall In the plaza from now on. At least there they are friendly and helpful.

  Sneaky. All I wanted was an xbox one game. Nothing else. That was all that I asked for. Even so, the cashier put a paid product protection onto my purchase without telling me. I did NOT ask for it. I asked ONLY for the game. Nothing else. I only noticed the product protection charge when I went to swipe my card, so I told him to take it off. Did he really think that I would not notice? Their up-sell strategy has gone from mildly annoying to sneaky. It is flat out unacceptable. The only games that I have time for are the ones that I play on my PC and consoles. I have been shopping at Gamestop for years and I think that I have finally had enough.
