  Wait time is to be expected, it is what it is, 5 people working and a lot of customers, how can people complain? I worked with Chevaughn, he helped us move 4 lines from Verizon to AT&T and got us a good deal in the process. Chevaughn was informative and patient. The process is a long one but there was nothing he could have done different to speed it up, I'd recommend anyone looking for a new plan go see Chevaughn at this particular store. My service has better coverage where I live with AT&T than what I had from Verizon, and my Internet speeds are faster across the board. Glad I made the switch.

  Nick really took initiative and helped my wife make a really informed decision about her new phone. Really personable and quite knowledgeable.

  Just came out. Was going to change from Verizon. I had to research phone myself even though there was a "customer service" person there and no customers. He couldn't be bothered. I guess I will stick with Verizon.

  Went on a Sunday afternoon which was peak busy time for the store. Despite that the staff were calm and professional. When my turn came I bought what I wanted without fuss.
