  Very odd the lady claimed I couldn't do the return because it was an opened accessory. It says on the receipt that accessories have 30 days with receipt. She made it as if she was doing me a favor taking the return. I don't get why they can't just be friendly and awesome. It is a video game store after all.

  Came in today to do a cash trade in, got denied and the lady gave me a stink attitude. If i was her boss, I would've fired here. She needs to work on her customer service skill.
