  I gave a note to Sussie that I am on my way, I want to make a late - but big purchase. Susie says, ' Sorry, you need to walk in - we close at 9pm.' That's fine, but I don't deserve the attitude behind your reasoning. Yes, it's 8:51pm - I'm on my way via Uber, you're on your last hour of work for the day. So I still try and be nice and ask if she can ring things up ahead of time - Ill be there in minutes. Susie says ' No. My registers turn off at 9pm.' (Worked with Gamrstop*) thinking * "Right" Well she could have at least gave me note that there is a Gamestop less than 10 miles away - they close in an hour v s. us in 8 minutes. Would have saved me a little worry.

  I had some issues with a game that was out of warranty. Jaybee took the time to understand and helped me swap it for a digital copy. All issues fixed now. Thanks so much to your great staff.
