  Absolutely TERRIBLE! The lady in here knows nothing about dealing with customers. She just throws high random prices your way! You need to walk in and buy immediately otherwise she offends and insults you and removes jewelry as your looking at it! She's just as nasty as could be. Never walk in here unless you plan on overspending and getting verbally abused by her! Totally disgusted!

  Rude people who obviously don't care if they would make a sale or not. How are you still in the business? Customer service is below 0. There are at least 3 other jewelry stores on the same block, so better go some place else. Stay away.

  I went to this place with my boyfriend, who is looking for a diamond engagement ring. My boyfriend knows alot about diamonds. There is a short black haired woman that came over to show us some rings. She thought that telling us how beautiful she thought her very small selections of rings were, that was all she had to do to make a sale. My boyfriend inquired about the diamonds, size, clarity, color and she snatched the ring out of his hand, told him this is not for him, and put the ring back. I was livid. Who does she think she is to disrespect a customer that way? She claims to be In the business for 15 years, but clearly knows nothing about her merchandise. Or maybe she knows that her merchandise is garbage, and once she knew she couldn't fool us, she turned to anger and was extremely rude. I promised her that I would tell everyone I know, plus social media, and I keep my promises. Do not go to this store. This place is horrible.
