  I went there for the first time ever and I was not acknowledged as I walked in. Also, the bank was not busy. It doesn’t matter if you’re Black, White, Asian, Indian or a Pacific Islander etc, we’re all human beings. I was there again today and the same woman who I dislike the most out of all of the women I’ve seen that work there was on the phone talking to her significant other as she attended to me. Her customer service skills are very bad.

  Have spent over a month with notarized letters, in person visits, and phone calls trying to get my mortgage statement sent to the correct mailing address. Unsuccessful to date. New meaning to the term bureaucracy. Incompetent at best. Fulton Financial's website is like a trip back in time. No option for an e-statement. Only reason I am with these people is because my mortgage company sold my note to them and I have no other option.

  The lady that is of Indian decent ( I think) must be the branch manager she is very nasty, however in Columbia Md people feel like they have this feeling of entitlement. Well with me you don't, speak to people, like, you have some sense and if not expect people to speak the same way to you that you do to them. Definitely won't be opening a account there.

  so i was not very familiar with this bank at all but wanted to open a account, obviously! but i enjoyed it very much im not sure how far the bank goes to with locations but its near home, easy and friendly to have.
