::I hate writing this, but, I had the worst hair experience of my life here. I explained to the colourist that I wanted to lighten my hair while maintaining the overall health of my hair. There was no set colour expectation - just looking to do something a little different. I stated that I didn't want anything high maintenance and it was my first time with this specific process. My hair is very dark, but, she was overzealous and by the end of it, my hair was lighter but felt like wet stringy vermicelli noodles. My hair broke if you ran anything through it. I was panicked, angry and felt like I had just made the biggest mistake (especially since my hair had JUST grown back in). BESIDES THIS I STILL HAD TO PAY nearly $300 for the process. This colourist did absolutely nothing to educate me on what to expect (believe me, I did my best to ask questions, I understand hair). The owner (I think) gave me extra hair treatments the next morning when I went back for the third time (I had reached all the way home the first time to go right back to the salon on the day everything happened). Honestly, I think it was the colourist that made this experience so poor, the establishment is beautiful and well maintained. I was treated well, it's simply the end result that turned me. This was maybe a year ago and my hair is nearly back to normal after much dedicated treatment and attention.

::I have never had a cut at this salon, I usually go for blow outs. I think they are all friendly and do a great job with blowouts, and the prices are pretty competitive. I would suggest them for that service. I have also done lash extensions here once that I was satisfied with. I had to take off a few stars because of a few hair dye services I’ve received. I have had my roots dyed the incorrect color, and had to come back in for them to fix it. It was during a busy time for me so it wasn’t a huge deal but I didn’t really have the extra time in all honesty. They accommodated me to fit me in the next day, but I was actually very annoyed they required that I pay for the blow out again even though it was for their own mistake. Another instance that left me feeling very frustrated (and still does) was in regards to a fashion color service I received. I had been coming in for a while for aqua blue and sometimes purple for my highlights and they always used the brand pravana. I initially was shown this color before it was put in the first time so I could OK it. The main stylist I was getting color touch ups from left. The last time I got the color touched up, they used another brand (scruples), without asking me, and I was left with a very ugly deep indigo/ink colored highlights. It stained a lot of my clothing much longer than pravana would stain, and I called to lightly complain about it, but they seemed to hold it in high regard. I assumed it would fade like pravana did, and I could just go back in and get the color I actually liked later. It’s still stained in my highlights and it looks like there’s absolutely nothing there. The color is too dark. I’m so frustrated in regards to this, I don’t think I can trust the salon again for anything color related. I’ll have to shell out another 300+ to get the highlights I had back so I can go back to the color I had before this “scruple”. My advise for the owner is to make sure your stylists confirm hair color and, if switching to another brand, ask permission for the brand switch. Both of my color complaints were because the color was just decided for me, not confirmed, and I was left to deal with it after.

::I was in the market for a new salon so I'm always up to checking Groupon first - I made the best decision and I finally found a salon I'm going to make my home salon. I am so happy with my color!!!! They use real products and not anything that's gonna wash out in a day. I am so excited about having somewhere I'm comfortable to go to!!! Gia made me feel at home along with the sweetest staff !!

::If I could give 10 stars I would! I’ve never left a salon genuinely happy with how my hair looks but this place turned that right around. Gia is a MASTER at what she does and literally brought my hair back to life. Great staff, great customer service, amazing salon! :)

::This place and the people who work here are awesome. I made a drastic change going from long to short and could not be happier. New cut. New color. 30 minute facial. My new salon !!! Thank you. I will definitely be going back
