::I found this EWC location to be poorly managed and unprofessional. Those of us in the lobby could clearly hear the front desk staff complain about scheduling and technical issues. These concerns should be hidden from view of clients as it ruins the experience. One of the desk staff was speaking so loudly that it disturbed the peace in the room. She called someone on the phone and said "like dude it is so bad today in here we are so behind, etc." My waxer behaved in a very rushed fashion. I cannot recall her name. She used the tweezer afterwards in a way that felt like a chicken was constantly poking at my face. It was beyond strange technique. She did not hand me a mirror to see my brows or at least give me the time to stand in front of the room mirror before sending me out, which I have never experienced in the over 10 years I have been getting my brows done. I assumed she must have made a grave error and wanted to evade my ability to see it. When I got to my car, I realized my brows were fine. I think this was poor communication and service. A very strange experience. Of all the EWC locations I have been to, this one clearly has poor management that must be addressed. I hope the management chooses to take my review seriously to evaluate it's problems.
