  These folks towed my pride and joy Corvette Z06 a little over a week ago late on a Friday night. Not only were they on time, they were actually about 15 minutes earlier than their projected ETA. Because I had broke the rear end in my car it was not driveable at all. Russell, the rollback driver, was so talented with his truck that he literally "scooped" my car up and onto the bed! To make the situation even tougher on Russell, my car is lowered and is not the easiest car to handle. He did it all without putting a scratch on it! When we got to the shop he put the car exactly where I wanted and needed it. Service is so hard to get these days! I was blown away by F.A.S.T. They will always be my choice in the future no matter which of my cars needs a tow.

  My insurance hired a local company to come get me and they never showed up. They then contacted F.A.S.T. who was out of Hendersonville and even though I wasn't anywhere near them they helped me. They went beyond normal service and were kind and prompt. I think they get a bad wrap for not always being the first one called. Thank you Russell!

  This company towed my truck to a local service center last night. I personally dropped a spare key off to the service center at 3 yesterday afternoon. They do not have a night drop box. This service center closed at 5 pm. My truck was picked up at 8:30 pm. When I went to pick my truck up from the service center today I asked about the key given to the towing company. The only key they had was the spare I gave them. This towing company received calls from both myself as well as my insurance company and so far have been given 4 different stories of who they gave my key to which was no-one since the service center was CLOSED! Very shady not only to myself but my insurance company as well. I'm on my way to file a police report as well in case my truck gets stolen at any point. SHADY COMPANY. Do not trust them.

  8 hours waiting on tow truck, finely canceled and went with another service. Lies about eta and doesn't follow through with what they say. If I could give a lesser rating I would.
