::I have not been to Firestone for any repairs for many months. Firestone charges you for everything and anything whether you need it or not. They once charged me $16 for a turn signal bulb that they knew was never going to work because of my faulty wiring. Please save your money. Don't go there. Go to somewhere like Browns Automotive in Hermitage. It will cost you less than Firestone and the owner is an honest guy that will not charge you for things that aren't going to help. He is more expensive than he once was, but I do believe he won't do repairs that cost you, but that don't really help you.

::Took my car in because of an AWFUL sound after my car fell off the car jack when we were fixing a flat at home. While there, I also decided to get an oil change. The guys got my car right back, fixed the problem, and changed my oil in around thirty minutes. The customer service was fantastic and they are SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than Jiffy Lube. I'll definitely be back.

::So my friend took her car here yesterday to get her struts fixed. She picked up her car this afternoon and paid just over $900 because excellence isn't cheap. However as she pulled off the lot her tire fell off and broke her axle. The employees managed to push the car back into the garage and informed her that they would fix her axle and ball joints....for free! Are you serious? You aren't gonna refund her for the labor cost, which was obviously shoddy? You endangered lives with reckless work and you can't even offer her a rental for who knows how long you're going to be working on her car? Let alone the quality of work that will now ensue. This is terrible business and I hope others are aware of the expensive risk they take coming here. UPDATE: So It has been over a week since someone at corporate told Jamie they would call her and she still hasn't heard anything. Last Monday she was told someone from claims would contact her within the next 48 hours and it is now Sunday. This is unacceptable.

::Staff was very friendly. They told me that, due to the holiday staffing restrictions and the fact that I didn't have an appointment that I would have to wait a long time. Even with all that they finished my oil change in 40 minutes. They also checked for current promotions to make sure I got the best price. They will continue to get my business.
