  Very pleasant experience a young lady by the name of Amber in Decatur office was nice and quick with my paperwork and payment ..I’m glad I used free at last and will again because of the friendly lady!

  Absoluteley terrible experience. Called them from detention center on Aug 08. Judy promissed that my wife and I would be free in 2 hrs after I gave my credit card details. I called them back in two hours and she told me that they are not doing anything because they suspect fraud on the card. She also said " how come you have amex card and you are in prision for shoplifting", "why do you have $1700 for the bond and you are in jail for shoplifting", etc. as a result, waisted lots of time and energy dealing with this company. Avoid it if you want to escape from jail fast. Judy, I hope you gonna be in my shoes one day Leo

  Horrible service. Bondsman told my mother-in-law that my spouse would be released as soon as the jail forms were signed. Then he took off and left my mother -in-law in the building for 3 hours. called him about the bond again and he says the jail has up to 24 hours to release my spouse. I called the jail and was informed that they called the bondsman to sign the forms and once done, she would be released. The bondsman act like he didnt have to do his job, leaving my spouse overnight to face court. very rude service, not prompt, very unprofessional. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR SERVICES.

  I do not recommend this bonding company to anybody ,bond was paid around 5:40 Thursday they didn't post bond until Friday, could've went to court and got a signature bond. They also charged $374 on a $2500,bond... U can get a better deal anywhere else. Also the lady with the short hair is really rude. But i spoke with someone by the name of keshia , she was really polite but not worth u spending your money with that company

  Ms Judy was extremely helpful, she took care of me soon as I came through the door. I was a wreck and very nervous, since it was my first time being in a bonds place. She was able to answer all of my questions and reassure me that everything would work out. I truly appreciate her for it.
