  I’ve ordered from them a few times since I moved to the area. Today I decided to order a large buffalo pizza and the crust is so burnt I feel like I’m biting into chucky after they threw him in the oven it’s sour nasty and dry. Needless to say I’m NEVER ordering from them again. It’s stupid to lose a customer over a few dollars. I know they saw that pizza before they put it in the box yet they still decided to send it. Whoever made this pizza should of thought of the person who was going to eat it before the few dollars they should have accepted as a lost cause this pizza is garbage. I ordered and paid for pizza NOT burnt chucky on a box.

  Pizza exactly same as ive had in Italy and Sicely. Thin crust, done well. Delicious. You want a soggy American type, go somewhere else.

  The worse.. I told my husband never order from them.. check out ..they give to the next door pole free dinner..... wait to look long for the deliveryy.... star for them.... 0000000000

  We order from them literally all the time from Seamless. Their food is fine, it's often fast/on time. However, customer service and loyalty goes a long way and they lost a decent customer today. The Seamless app allowed my order to go through inclusive of tax and tip that made it $5 over the $15 minimum. Without the tax and tip, it was $2 and change under $15. The manager would not fulfill the order because of this $2, despite my overtipping the driver and my frequent ordering history. I'm home alone nursing a birth injury and a newborn, I can barely find the time to eat and they really could have been helpful. There are many pizza places on Seamless and one of them has a $10 minimum, so I will order from them.

  RUBBER GLOVE FOUND IN PIZZA - I just arrived home from Dallas and wanted a taste of NY pizza so I ordered delivery through Grub Hub from Francesco's to try it out. As I was slicing through the pizza I found a piece of a rubber glove in the cheese. I called and explained what happened and they said they would send me another pie. I requested for my money for the meal to be returned instead and they refunded the money for the pizza but not the delivery fee or soda - forget that I waited an hour for lunch and tipped the driver in cash to chew on some rubber. Would have let this one slide if the manager could have shown some common courtesy.
