::Positive points:The appointment was easily made, they repaired the car within a day. Negative point: we were charged $1200 for a brake job, oil change and trans flush. Ford made out very well! We didn’t.

::Excellent Service Department. Professional and Courteous!!!! I brought my car in from NYC to fix a number of issues on my 2016 Edge lease. From my first call speaking with Rolando I knew I was in good hands. Had an airbag recall and he made sure that parts to fix would be in by time of appointment. After 1st visit they ordered parts needed to resolve a major headache and they came in the following day. After going back to fix the problem that turned into a nightmare and now dealing with Tom, he would not let me take care home even though I was leaving for vacation because he wasn't comfortable that it was fixed properly yet and put me in a loaner and rental while they could make sure they got it right and no recurring issues came back. Safety was his main concern for me and my family and Tom went above and beyond to assure everything was taken care of. I've dealt with service departments before and I've never experienced this genuine customer care prior. So if you want a great Ford service department go to Englewood Ford. I know I will continue to make the trip from NYC in the future. THANKS AGAIN TOM AND ROLANDO!!!
