  About a week ago I visited the Foam and Wash Beacon location. I paid for use of one of the two automatic bays and waited for the door to open so I could proceed as it stated the car wash was in use. I sat there while the other bay opened, closed, opened, and closed again. I got out of my car to take a closer look at the bay I was waiting for and discovered that both of the doors were closed with no vehicle inside. I called F&W to explain what happened and without missing a beat I was told I would be issued a refund. Less than a week later I received a check in the mail along with a letter of apology and coupon for another wash. I never expected this level of response and customer service. I am very pleased and grateful to Foam and Wash and will continue to use and recommend them! :)
