  Stay away from this branch and bank. Lousy customer service both at the branch and the backend. Nobody answers the phone after 5pm even if you need to report a lost card. If you accidentally leave your ATM card in the machine the branch will shred it even if you notify the bank via a secure message (because of course no one answered the phone) to hold the card until you go to the bank the following day to retrieve it. The worst is yet to come. Replacement cards never came. After the card day by day over a 3 week period did not come bank personnel at the branch kept on saying they will look into it. This was happening every day I went to the bank to inquire about the cards whereabouts. It turned out after 3 weeks (no excuse for this to have taken 3 WEEKS) that one of the bank representatives informed me that the manager whose name is Tom Schaefer said the cards were undeliverable and therefore bank won't forward them. He blatantly LIED because the address the bank has on file did not prevent any other mail from Flushing or for that matter anyone else over 20 years from ever being delivered. It was obviously an outright flagrant lie right to my face. They can keep the cards. Will be closing my account and go elsewhere where people are honest and my being a customer is appreciated. Can't emphasize enough to stay away from this rinky dink bank.
