  The teller I had was kind. She executed my transaction, and though she couldn't answer a question I had she gave me a precise phone number and other information to find the answer. Even though I am definitely not from the same culture as this neighborhood, the teller was respectful and was patient when I asked her to repeat herself. Easily as pleasant an experience here as I've had at most Santander branches.

  Rude teller. She thinks that she does you a favor by serving you. Doesn't talk in a respectful manner and very unhelpful. Management better give them training how to talk to people. You aren't the only bank in town

  Walked in to do a simple transaction, definitely WASN'T worth it all I got was a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE from the teller who cursed me out in Russian, just a word of advice I'm going to curse somebody out maybe make sure they don't understand you first or wait oh get better tellers what's with your new slogan respect

  Horrible horrible customer service! Very rude to customers and very low manner. Especially Jeffrey! Stay away from him
