Also, they provide a student discount, which is a huge help. We’ve tried other studios, but none of them compare to this one. ::Flow Yoga is a warm and welcoming space! The studio is beautiful, with dark wood floors, soothing colors, and a stunning handpainted tree on the ceiling. The teachers are wonderful and highly experienced; all levels of students are welcome in most of the classes...as Jason, the head instructor, says "any class can be for anyone; where you take the pose is up to you, your breath, and your alignment." There is something in the schedule for every practitioner; all different levels of intensity, heat, music, lighting. The passion that the owners and the instructors have for yoga, and specifically for Flow Yoga, is contagious. I love this place!!
