  Have been to many gyms over the last 20 years and this one has the best friendly atmosphere around. Members and staff are nice and the owners are involved. Not the newest and up to date but has the best classes with real instructors (not video classes). And has racquetball, squash, and basketball. No other gymsin the area have that! Spin, yoga, step, power. Lots of class options and diversity. And you don't have to sign up in advance. Well worth trying it.
