  They closed one minute early so I was one min late by their clock... The agent for this company, most likely a teller or secretary saw me, looked me in the eye and proceeded to lock the door faster or earlier to ensure I didn't make it. Horrible customer service and bad business practices on this bank.... OneWest... My first experience with this bank and left a bad taste in my mouth and heart. I'm sure the owner of the bank (and this goes with all business) would not be to happy if he knew his Agents or employees were turning away business and money for them. Maybe I wanted to deposit a couple million dollars or invest in this one bank but now that one employees lack of customer service and lack of care for her job has completely turned me off to this bank and will not have any association with it EVER. Come on people. We are all one it's service to others not SELF. Stay Balanced my friends

  The customer service inside is great. My complaint is about the ATM today after the 3rd time not able to dispense money. I have notified them and the response I received the first and second time was that it happens when it is the beginning of the month and customer tend to withdraw more funds. As for the 3rd time I was not happy and expressed my thoughts to the AVP, Branch Manager. Since they are aware of the issue they should of address it and made the changes needed.

  I can think of two people at this bank who have always been pleasant. Never had any issues and it's nearby where I live. 👍👍
