::The drive up tellers are out of order. Cars are waiting 20 minutes for those out of order tellers.The line inside starts at the door. Only one window is open. No one is available to direct customers or answer questions. Itβs best to avoid this location. Too bad that this location has is otherwise so convenient. I would call first it they answered the phone.

::B of A has always had a history of being stinkers to employees Work has been out on poor pay , hours etc. It does not surprise me and I will be getting a refinance to my favorite bank. They have tellers who listen and seem to be relaxed.

::I come to this branch once a week. Tellers are nice, but there is one to two Tellers to help the very long line, it's waste a lot of time for customer. I love this branch due to nice Tellers, but the waitting time is horrible. Tellers usually close window and make people angry. Please get more Tellers.

::Worse customer service, and under staff. First of all, bank of America is probably the worse banking you could ever have. Since I started with Charles swab I am much happier. I have never had a positive experience with this bank. They are inefficient with hidden costs. Their branch are extremely unorganized and does not run smoothly. I waited for like an HR for a simple thing. They also got the people after me earlier than me bc they didn't know who was first and don't have an efficient system to help. Do not bank with them if you don't want hidden charges, and wasting your time trying to get help. Worse bank ever! Worse branch ever! Worse customer service!
