  Very down to earth mechanics. They have always kept my car running in good condition. Without telling me that a part needs to be replaced. They have never falsly charged me "in the name of" a broken part needing repaired. Unless if it really was true. I bring my car to the executive/Mesa location all the time. They show my car respect. And want nothing in return. Customer interaction is excellent!

  Excellent experience! I was greeted promptly! I brought my 2007 Santa Fe in for state inspection, took less than 20 minutes, vehicle is working very well. The mechanic was about to go to lunch but stayed so that he could run my state inspection. Very customer oriented and very professional staff. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

  Great customer service, Robert and his team were all very helpful. Helped find our large evap leak and fixed it in order to pass inspection, super friendly. Would highly recommend, ask for Robert!

  i was greeted super nicely and i was only there for about 20 minutes from my arrival to the time my car was fixed. i wanted to apply for the Firestone credit card which would have made that day's service free for me but i could not because i did not have a valid Texas ID so i was willing to pay anyways and the guy still waived all my fees! would definetly go back.

  This Firestone store has always given me excellent customer and auto service. People there are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are always the best too. I strongly recommend it!
