  Love these guys. Never had a bad experience, Jose is beyond awesome always going out of his way to help Jesus and the other guys are always willing to answer any questions and help where they can. I will never go anywhere else for car audio as long these guys around. Thanks for everything fellas!

  Bottom line: poor customer service, if you want something done on your vehicle go somewhere else. My experience with custom sounds was negative from the first interaction. I visited their Mesa location on a day off to request a quote on an enclosure for my trunk. The price was reasonable and I was told to come back after an hour to have their technicians begin the work that I was told would take about an hour. Upon my return I was told that I would get my vehicle back at closing at 7 PM! To avoid this wait I requested a Saturday appointment and was told that the job would take four hours. Saturday. After arriving on time for my appointment I left and allowed the employees at Custom Sounds to get to work. At around 1:30 PM (3.5 hours after dropping off my car) I called to inquire about returning to pick up my car only to be told that the HAD NOT STARTED WORKING ON MY CAR! This establishment shows no respect for their customers - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

  I've own premium sound in my cars all my adult life, the products I purchased from Customs Sounds are of the best quality and their customer service is excellent. I am picky and I will not stop until my systems reaches its potential and the staff at Customs Sound has accommodated all my requests and fine tuned my equipment to meet factory specs and my own taste as well. I highly recommend Custom Sound to any serious audiophile in El Paso.....I'm a very satisfied customer for the past two years. If you want the best follow their recommendations, they are very professional.

  They couldn’t been more accommodating to my needs such as getting a new stereo built in with Bluetooth which needed to be fitted for my truck

  Great place for car stereo installation. Military discount, great customer service, price match, quality work. Definitely recommend.
