::The only reason I am even giving 3 stars is because my first experience was so great. The barista stated they were out of chocolate mocha and instead made me the best white chocolate mocha! They were so professional and great. I just went in this morning and asked for the same thing and a different male barista gave me a weird look. They got my order wrong, he told me he didn’t hear me say iced and continued to make me uncomfortable and whisper to the other barista. I won’t be coming back again.

::Liked their pastry variety better before they sold W. 95th/Broadway and then bought back. But service and baristas are great.

::Best place to study in the upper west side. There is plenty of table space and the cappuccinos are always pretty. It is a little more expensive than the other coffee shops in the area but definitely worth it for the extensive "single" seating options and quick wifi!
