::This restaurant treated me and my friends horribly. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. I was there with a group of friends to plan an upcoming networking event for young professionals in the city. While there, a friend ordered a dish and it wasn't exactly what she expected. Without touching it she asked if she could exchange it. In most restaurants they will oblige. The wait person said he was unsure due to him being newly employed and he'd ask the manager. The manager then instructed him to tell my friend that she could not return the dish and she was expected to pay for it even if she didn't want it or eat it. She asked to speak to the manager and he spoke to her in a very condescending and rude manner. He told her that she should try owning a restaurant and then she'd understand. It really felt as if he was taking out personal issues on the customer. After she was treated rudely, she paid her tab and left. He then came over to the table with the rest of us and asked us to leave based on the exchange he had with her. They expeditiously brought everyone's tab out to be paid and waited for us to leave. When we asked to speak to the manager he would not speak to us and give us an explanation for why he was asking us to go. Long story short, this place is not welcoming, especially for people of color. I am disgusted with the treatment my friends and I received and hope that others aren't being treated this way. It also seemed as if the owner didn't treat the wait staff well either. Word of advice: Avoid going to this place if you don't want to be treated rudely.

::Our server was also a sommelier and had the perfect pairing recommendations. The food was exquisite. The service was above and beyond and we can't wait to come back. Great place to have a birthday too!

::NOT RECOMMENDED for large groups, especially happy hours. Our group of 20+ came in for happy hour on a Wednesday. When the first few of us walked in and asked for a table for 15+, the guy who appeared to be the main bartender, and was seating us, asked for an āaccurate headcountā. When we said we didnāt have one, he said āthen hang tight until you party gets hereā and walked off. The restaurant was entirely empty at this point. So when our group started trickling in, we started pulling together tables, at which point the bartender guy comes over and starts pulling apart the tables, yelling āI canāt have you just moving tables wherever you likeā. I asked if we needed to take our business elsewhere, to which he responded āyeah maybe you doā. One of our group then complains that the bartender guy refused him service at the bar, to which he responded āYou get your drinks from your server, havenāt you ever been out before??ā. All in all, it was an unbelievable experience. None of us have ever been treated like that in a place we were looking to spend a good deal of money at. Apparently this place now only wants to cater to the casual dinner crowd, not people just wanting some drinks, and is not afraid to have employees yell at customers in the middle of the restaurant in order to keep it that way.

::Nice place and honest employees. Bartender was nice but it seemed like a cook called off and a waitress/er called off too. I understand as a business owner it might be stressful for one hour of the day when someone calls off but thatās when the owner/restaurant manager should be most present in the front of the house.. overall seems like a good place where youād have to dress up nice to come. Iād recommend this place for drinks on weekends during events but food not at all bc I was put on a 45m/1hr wait for an appetizer of 10 wings. St. Louis is better with this place than it is without it.

::I have been to this location a few times for lunch. I have had the wings a few times and they are good. The fish and chips leaves little to be desired. They could use a good helping of seasoning. Overall, its a good place to get a lunch bite
