::I send wire transfers to a few financial institutions on a regular basis. I also make bank deposits using their mobile app. Elizabeth Tolton, Monal Patel and branch manager Deette Demon provide excellent service and go beyond their call of duty to help me. I just have a great appreciation for these folks and sincerely thank them for their service. Best bank to do business with all around business or personal. I highly recommend them and you can give them a chance to prove it to you. My best to them!👌

::Just wanted to share that I stopped in this bank last week for the first time because I was in the area( getting gas like everyone else haha), and the bank associate Connie Waas was an exceptional help to me. I usually go in Holly Springs branch which is great also but this time her service was exceptional and a very sweet personality. I do not make reviews but this person absolutely deserved the best one you can get.

::I own a small business in Apex, NC and for 17 years we have banked with another financial institution. Our relationship started off with a smaller more regional bank but they were purchased by a much larger national bank and things "changed". We found Fidelity Bank and have been nothing but pleased. The attention to detail, the eagernees to provide quality service is what we had missed and now we have found it again. ::Fidelity Bank 🏦 has the best customer service. Eduardo Rodriguez & the staff at the Apex branch bent over backwards to get me my money & quickly. Eduardo stayed at the bank until 9 pm on Friday night entering loans into the system. Then came back in on Saturday, plus worked into the evenings the rest of the next week. How do I know? He gave me his personal cell phone so I could call him to get answers. This was all started on the first day banks started accepting applications for small businesses. He knew the money was going to go quickly & literally worked overtime so his customers would get in the system as quickly as possible. My PPP questions & staffing issues held me up for a couple of days, but after my application was submitted I had my money in like 48 hours!
