  The main incentive for going to Fette is not having to wait for scheduled maintenance. If the wait time is over an hour, I asked to be driven home. I don’t live very far from Fette Ford so I don’t know there exact policy, but every time I’ve been there I’ve been driven to my home and they call me when my car is finished and the driving service calls me when they are outside my home. Also I don’t find them pushy about service that needs to be done on my car. Fette appears to be honest. I wrote the above the last time I had service. Unfortunately this past visit I waited an hour and then went over to the service desk and told him I have been waiting. I told them when I arrived I need a ride home. The man who set up the drive home looked like he was surprised that I was still waiting. I could see my car and it was still under the lift, nobody near it. The service person said they would try to get somebody to drive me home. I only live 10 minutes away. I waited about another 20 minutes and a van pulled up to drive me. Another disappointing occurrence was the lack of a diagnostic sheet that should accompany the invoice . This sheet show tire/break wear, what components were checked, or battery health, etc.

  With a busy scheduled, every second matters to me. I called Fette Ford told them what I wanted and told them I didn't have the time to spend searching for it. The next day they called me and email me the information and pictures of the Explorer they found with all the specifics I asked for. 2 hours later I was driving off the lot with my new 2018 Explorer. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

  Excellent customer service. All my options were discussed to get the possible deal on a new vehicle. Fette Ford also provides a friendly and relaxed environment with great staff.

  The service department is completely incompetent. I made an appointment in person to have work done. Service sent me to Parts to make an appointment - Parts sent me back to Service. After making the appointment for the following week with Service and coming back to drop the car off, they waited the entire day to call me and tell me they never ordered part. Poor customer service all around. Between this and the 3 hour oil changes at Quick Lane, I am done with this dealership.

  I took my car in for service several times with the same know issue... No other service person that assisted me in the past provided me with detailed accurate information.. The young lady Elizabeth that assisted me was very highly skilled and explained everything to me step by step to correct the issue at hand... She made a promise to have my car back in 24 hours and assisted me with a rental... Elizabeth is a true asset to Fette Ford... I will be coming back more often for my car needs as long as she is working there..
