  This is a review for the parts department at Fette. Eddie and Leo in the parts department went above and beyond for us today. We picked up our order for a piece we needed on our Infiniti QX60, but they didn't just process our transaction. They asked what we were working on and gave some good advice on how to handle it. They checked their inventory on some other items that may be helpful. They were also looking for touch up paint to help our project and when they saw not have it in stock, they guided us to a great local place that could help us with our situation right away. They even went on to look it up and get me the address. This is a genuinely caring group here and seems like a great culture. Not just trying to make a sale, but truly putting the customers' interests first. Thanks guys!

  If you go to this Infiniti ask for Raphael... his customer service is A 1 and he knows the INs and Outs of every vehicle... When I say super knowledgeable he might as well built or helped design the car himself!

  Recently bought an off lease q50S from the folks at Fette. Had a great experience working with Dan, Jacques and Gabriel. The car had a few issues like wheel rash and a crack in the front bumper cover. Dan made sure that those issues, and a few other minor ones were all addressed before we setup delivery. I appreciate the dedication and the respect I was given at Fette. Nice work team!

  Brought my car in for service and it was a great experience. The staff is really nice and friendly and I look forward to continue working with them.

  Got my car here and the experience was a planet better after I'd been to Mercedes Benz of Caldwell. You are treated very well and the facilities are nice. Each time I take my car in for service, the experience is also top notch. The service here is outstanding, the best I've seen around and that's how you keep customers loyal.
