  The service at Fenway Group is satisfying. The woman who answered the phone and the representative Jose both addressed my inquiry promptly and clearly and the original order was prompt. I will go to them in the future.

  Need an actual printer who has paper choices and knows what a plate is? I did and these guys were great. Communication was prompt and they went the extra step to make sure that my print job came out good.

  I called twice- the first time, I was hung up on and the second time- I could hear the woman just fine and all she says is, " I CAN'T HEAR YOU , please call back and leave a message" and then hung up on me. I could hear her just fine. Clearly if they can't operate phones and treat customers with respect, I will not be having my documents printed with them. To Staples I go.
