  Hours of operation online are not accurate. They open at 11am on weekends and close early which I found out when I got to the store. But website said 10am open and close at 7pm. Saw a few other people waiting outside with the same issue. Please update your hours so folks don’t waste their time. For others, here are the accurate hours for your reference.

  I never had an issues. If the machine couldn't read from my phone, there is always an assistant to help. Only once my return was lost and I was charged for something I returned through this location.

  There is no one to contact via phone number or email. I can’t even contact Amazon headquarters -disappointing. I have a package there but I left Boston and I’m not returning. The package needs to get rerouted to my home address. Can’t find help anywhere.

  Returned an item to a very inattentive associate. Got an email from Amazon weeks later saying the item never got returned and I was charged for it, before resolving it with their customer service. Come on, man. Do better.
