  I had them change the battery in my TAG Heuer. My watch was later damaged by water, so I took it back to them and they wanted to charge me $158 dollars to replace the mechanicals. Don't take your expensive watch to this place. I had to take it to Ben Bridge to get my watch repaired. I should of filed a BBB complaint. If you have a $20 Casio they might have the competency to change the battery properly on that. Beware...

  Do not have a battery replaced here. They charge $20 for a battery that would cost you 4-5 from a regular. Not worth the employees terrible attitude either.

  These guys are great took my watch to Fred Meyer and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I brought my watch here and they had it working like new in 10 minutes and the customer service was fenominal

  Customer service was exceptional! I was visiting in Anchorage from bush Alaska, when I realized my prawns on my wedding ring were getting very thin. I was afraid of having my diamond fall out. I needed to catch a flight back the next day and they were able to fix it in less then two hours. They also reshaped my other ring and polished all my rings for free. Was happy to be able to have my ring on when I flew home and not have to worry about having it mailed. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
