  The level of care, professionalism, and character in this little shop sold me. I checked out many websites and checked out every jeweler in Anchorage spanning 3 months before walking into the shop. As soon as I walked in the door and was greeted by Roy I knew I was finally at a place that was going to take me seriously. I made the purchase for my custom wedding engagement ring within 15 minutes of walking in. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a cut above the rest.

  Roy and Heather both were wonderful for my engagement ring saga. They were professional, responsive, and so passionate about their work, the jewellery, and connecting with the customer at a level that becomes a long standing friendship and trust that will make future visits for cleaning and new purchases a joy to have. It's so much a better experience to walk into a store where the employees greet you with cheer, remember your name, your ring, ask how you've been, and are excited to hear the answer. I worked through a custom ring design with these guys. They interfaced with Gabriel and Co. for the process. We worked through multiple changes and got to just what I wanted with a few revisions. During the process I got to walk away with 2D plans of the ring with multiple views and later a 3D render with the ring rotating. To those who are tech savvy - you can look up "MP4 to GIF" online and convert the video to a looping GIF that either loops in one direction or rebounds so that the ring can keep rotating in a spin or rotate and then turn back the other way repeatedly. I heard of these guys from a friend recommending them after his great experience and I can do no less. Check them out!

  When my husband asked what I’d like for Christmas, I replied “go see Heather” (at 5th Ave. Jewelers)! They knocked it out of the park again with a thoughtful gift that I will treasure for years to come. Heather also helped us design my wedding ring for our 30th anniversary when we renewed our vows. I had a simple band with the three stones from my fathers wedding ring, which I wanted restored and passed on to my nephew. They worked with us to restore that ring beautifully and Heather’s design on my new set is stunning. This family business is professional and personable and they take the time to understand what you want, then deliver flawlessly. I encourage you to visit 5th Ave Jewelers and experience for yourself first hand the exceptional service they offer. The pride they take in the business is obvious and they genuinely care about their customers. It’s a pleasure doing business with people who have integrity and value you as an individual.   Heather and Roy are amazing! They have a beautiful collection of jewelry and are wonderful at identifying the best piece for the occasion and any personality. I love the unique pieces they stock, as they satisfy what Roy dubbed my "old soul." Heather and Roy are also very accommodating when it comes to re-sizing and customizing pieces. I recommend them without hesitation.

  Fantastic customer service. R and H are so warm and friendly. They put a lot of thought into my needs and helped me find the perfect solution! Their sincerity and honesty made me feel right at home in their shop. In depth explanations about quality and various choices, made it easy for me to make a decision. I don't think I could have got this level of comfort and good service anywhere else!
