  They ruined a favorite summer dress. They lost pieces attached to the dress; acted like they had no idea that they had lost it; offered no help in finding, fixing, replacing them; and offered no reimbursement. At that point another customer decided tried to help them understand what they had done, but nothing. Will never go back.

  Just got my suit back yesterday. They removed a stain I had on the jacket and got everything cleaned in 2 days. Great price and service. What more can you ask for? I'll be coming back here again and I recommend it.

  Quality is fine. They are no better or worse than normal. Inexpensive dry cleaning on everyday items - $1.99. Laundered shirts are $1.65. Anything else is expensive. Replace a button - $2.00, overcoat - $18.00, etc.

  I had 3 pants to hem and 7 pants to do dry clean, when I got them, only 1 pant got hem and 5 pants got dry clean and they are so smart, they put the undone ones in the middle so I could not pay attention til I am going to use them after two weeks, I brought them back to ask them nicely to redo those pants which I already paid for it. The lady (I think she is a wife of the owner) refused to do however for me, fortunately I still have the receipt and the tags were still on those pants so she could not use any excuses not to redo them without pay for them again. So my advise is please keep those tags and receipt for a while they will come in handy if this issue happens to you, Take care all Happy Holidays to all. For my part, I wont come back even though I had been to this cleaner for a year and I used weekly for my clothes.
