This place has ridiculous customer service. The Asian lady helped this cocussian man behind me while she saw me standing for couple minutes. She didn’t even want to apologize for her horrible and unprofessional deed. Avoid this place!!

TERRIBLE! You came , pay and find more stains than before. Customer service is very bad. You ask to help you , wash again and then you find the attitude. Omg, no! I would not recommend this cleaners!!!

This place has usually been pretty good compared to other places that I have been nearby. They haven't lost anything of mine yet, and the woman working there is quiet but polite. Sometimes it is intolerably hot inside their shop, but maybe they like to save on the AC bill? As another reviewer noted, there are always tons of whiners out there who like to make an issue at every establishment they frequent. I also note that several reviewers are playing the race card when it is not necessary. This is somewhat surprising and disappointing for an area that is so diverse.

I paid 14$ to clean a jacket. After dry-cleaning It was as dirty before . I showed it to the lady (most probably chinese or Korean ) and she refused to accept the fact by saying she cleaned it twice. I will never visit them. Waste of time and money.

That first review may be the funniest thing I've seen in 2 years. My mom always told me that there are people that whine all the time, no matter what, because they enjoy it. See, when you go to a dry cleaner, they give you a receipt that (a) tells you how much you own them (see 2nd reviewer, who apparently can't figure this part out) and (b) a list of the CLOTHING THAT YOU BROUGHT INTO THEIR ESTABLISHMENT. So because this reviewer can't count - or read - or both - then it's the DRY CLEANER'S FAULT when things are missing. And apparently, this takes a year!!!! You can't be much dumber than this person. But to the cleaners themselves, they are both faster and better than the other dry cleaners in the area. Their starch quality is excellent. But...if you are the kind of person who blames your neighbor when your child misbehaves, then by all means - avoid this dry cleaner!
