  They call themselves "Family Dollar" which implies they are a dollar store, which is definitely not the case. But, it's not really deceptive marketing if you realize that the real implication is that you need a whole "Family" of "Dollars" to buy anything.

  Good store at reasonable prices. However, it's a shoplifters haven because the staff is scared of them.

  Always liked Family Dollar..Just wish when I go shopping at FD that all there shelves are fully stocked, that way my shopping list is all checked off. I guess I have to go back again to finish shopping

  They say dollar but when you walk and start looking at prices you see things higher than Walmart
