  Everything is good but, we are in a hurry then, the line is long enough to have another cashier but, they took theirs time to do their job , they do not care if we are in a hurry or not, they forgot this, thanks to us the money get in to there from the front door, they should asked to the people on the line if they are ok, or they need help to get out faster, thanks your store is really good after all.👍

  I went in to buy hair products but was unable to because they didn't sell any black hair products except for Cantu which is very expensive and another expensive brand. I wanted to purchase hair grease gel and dye but there was none available for black hair.

  If I could've given it no star, I would. The female night supervisor has terrible customer service skills. I went in and asked her a simple question on how I can go about returning an apparel but had misplaced my receipt. She scoffed at me, laughed and walked away. If I was to send a mystery shopper to the store and that would of happened, it would of been negative results. DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER, you never know who's exactly in front of you. The first time, last Monday to be exact... was my very 1st time going to that new location, the day time supervisor there was very kind. I was letting him know how nice and spacious this location was. Such a disappointment that the 2nd time around was so unpleasant and rude.

  I came in on Saturday night, the store is new so it's super clean. But the customer service was outstanding. Very organized and friendly. That's what we want in our little community. Thanks for the great service and management skills making our first experience great. I'll be back soon
