  Went to store at 10 min til 10 to get 4 pans which were at the door when I enter. The young lady reminded me as I entered I only had 10 min. I thanked her an said this is all I need and proceeded to the register at which time the guy begin the register says you only got 5 min an the register will shut down at a certain time. I said im waiting on you. We all kinda looked at each other. It was two other guest in front of me. He ended up charging the one lady twice for something so after he wrang last guess before me. Im thinking omg the register is gonna shut down. He rang me up with two min to spare and was very rude as nasty to me. I made a joke about him rushing and he talk to me waved me off told me im not gonna come in family dollar at the last min an keep him from going home. I go there all the time because its my neighborhood family dollar. Something needs to be done about this guy. This is not the end.

  Had all the sports item I needed and great customer service. Need to unpack a few boxes though ☺

  This new store manager is the rudest and most unprofessional individual I have ever met. He was impatient and judgemental. He rushed me as if I walked in one minute before the store close and it was an hour prior to close. On top of that, he cancelled the transaction in the middle of my card processing the payment and refused to complete the transaction.

  This place was ok. The line did move fast and the cashier was slightly pleasant...facility was stocking so really can't rate cleanliness..just ok visit.
