  Employee CJ locked the door at 7:50 pm and the store manager that closed with him " T " never informed him that door could not be locked until 8:00pm. This store is unprofessional and unorganized. And will never get none of my business again. Hell this store needs to torn down and started over from the beginning. I hate to even give it 1 star. It Deserves 0 stars

  Manager Tina has the nastiest attitude and NEVER SMILES. WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND HOW DID YOU GET PROMOTED TO MANAGER. SHE NEEDS TO WORK WITH THE STOCK ONLY.

  Dirty. Rude customer service. Pay more attention on phone then customers. One register is open, take manager forever to get to the front to do returns. Average wait for checking out isnabout 10 mins. No buggies. Never stocked. Never have change. Poor management.

  There is one particular male employee at this family dollar that follows the female customers around and he also tells lies on Customer's if they don't show him any attention. And to add to that when I visit this store I am always standing in line over 8 mins.😬
