  One of my favorite places to stay when traveling is is a Fairfield Inn because the majority of the time I get bumped up to a larger room because of my status. However, this stay I wasn't upgraded. I wasn't upset as much as I was surprised by the lack of updates to my room. The bathroom was somewhat outdated with bathtub and Shower. The desk where I worked from had only enough outlets to accommodate one plug because the other two were taken up by the refrigerator and microwave next to the desk. The pool happened to be closed due to a pump issue. Here are my thoughts on what could improve the customer experience here: 1 fix the shower so that enough water flows through. 2. Add more power outlets to the work area 3. Offer a voucher to a local spa or pool while the pool is being repaired.

  Great hotel.Very clean hotel. Stayed 3 days.The room was very clean.Ground outside was clean and well kept.The staff is wonderful, from the front desk staff, who were all friendly and very helpful.Cleaning staff is top notched, when going to or from our room they always spoke to me ,wishing a good afternoon or good evening. Breakfast was well stocked,food that required to be cooked was hot, not warm like in most places I have stayed And again, the staff kept the food stocked and they provided assistance when needed. The hotel provided free shuttle to /from the casino which is about 5 minutes away. Next time we visit the area I will definitely stay here and will recommend to all my friends/relatives.

  I've had the pleasure of staying at Fairgrounds on 2 different vacations to Tampa. I was there last weekend of March 2018. Great access to Hard Rock is the main draw for me. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean. I recommend Fairfield Inn, for any age guest looking for a reasonable option during the busy Florida season.

  I love Fairfield Inn. I always use them when I travel. The room was clean the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The pool area was clean as well. It is in a convenient location right next to the highway. I feel at home here.

  Friendly staff and easy hourly shuttle to Casino. Typical Fairfield Inn. Price varies widely depending on events etc. Gym has a the basics. Rooms are suitable but the bathrooms are very dated. Would rate higher if the price didn't vary so widely. Is good hotel when it costs $100-$150 but when they charge more it simply is a poor value for the quality.
