  Extra Space on Folsom has to be the best storage facility in town. They have the most convenient access hours in SF, reasonable prices, & the place is always clean & safe. I am in and out of my unit often due to my line of work so I have frequent interactions with the always friendly & helpful staff. Today I was pressed for time & needed something printed & the guys on watch graciously saved me from a big hassle. Thanks again guys. I am truly grateful.

  What can I say, hum 🤔....... I've been renting a unit here for 2 years now and I haven't had a bad situation come up and the prices is reasonable. They have a business relationship with they tenants. Everyone that works there is polite & professional. They a TEAM. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to everyone.

  Excellent customer service. Very professional. If you go there ask for Chris or Mike, they are awesome. I have been to numerous storage facilities and this is the only one that i felt my belongings were safe. Thanks guys.

  The 1400 Folsom location is excellent! The kind people, especially Mike (Manager) and Chris, who work there are very attentive and helpful, which is the most important thing for me. The ability to park on the premises very close to the elevator at reasonable hours is a definite plus. The storage unit and the premises are clean and in a convenient location. I trust this location with the storage of my things 100%!

  Excellent, service here. All of the staff are always very helpful even from day one! The Manager Mike assisted in me choosing the perfect sized unit for my belongings when I arrived, which I urgently needed the same day! I felt lucky to have found this place Needing a quick, safe, clean, convenient, & reasonably priced temporary storage unit. Was hoping for one month, but it turned into 5! Thank Chris & Nick.. And everyone here is super knowledgeable about the services they provide and also help to make things easier for you. Very nice people in person and on the phone. You are appreciated!!
