::If i could choose zero stars I would because this hotel doesn’t deserve even one. The staff here is ok but could be better. They don’t have clean towels when you need them. Housekeeping can only come one day a week. You ask for anything they don’t have it. Supposed to have free hot breakfast but that’s a lie. Checked in here before and the experience was ok but this my second time here not by choice but when I here today they tell me they put me in the same room as before. The room I requested they didn’t have available. When i got in the room the beds weren’t made. The sink wasn’t clean nor the bathroom. It was still toothpaste in the sink. Floor not swept. It just was ridiculous to put me back in a room that I’m sure they knew wasn’t clean. I had been checked out the room for two days and they still hadn’t clean the room from when I left the first time. They supposed to have quarters for you to be able to get change to wash the clothes and they don’t have those. Again I’m here not by choice but this was a last minute decision that was made. This place just needs to be shut down and never reopened. It’s very sad how they handle the customers that brings in revenue to their paychecks!! After today I will never step feet back in this hotel again. My first experience wasn’t bad but this one has been the WORST!!! I will also be calling corporate office about this because something needs to be done.

::HORRIBLE!!!!! I booked my reservation and when i arrived they couldn’t find it because their system was down. (Which i still think that was a lie) so he said they had one room left and it was really late so i just took that one instead. I had to get a two bed instead of a queen bed. When i arrived to the room the one bed was not done at all and it looked like someone had just left because the bathroom was a mess and had towels everywhere. I tried to phone the front desk but the line was busy. Im already fed up but im tired and luckily the other bed was made up so i was going to just speak with someone about it in the morning. Fast foward to next morning the man told me that the room was going to be cleaned when i get back and i said ok thank you that would be greatly appreciated since it should’ve been cleaned before i had arrived. So When i finally get back to the hotel around 10 that night the room is still a hot mess!!! Now im pissed! Apparently he said the room never got cleaned because the lady that was there earlier that morning had checked me out of my room. Now what sense does that make? How can you check someone out of their room without that person even being there to check out?????? I booked the room for 2 nights! So the guy said he was only going to charge me for one night instead but i keep checking my account and it keeps saying that i was charged for both nights smh! Long story short DONT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! EVER!! They are a bunch of liars! I deserve a full refund for having to stay in a dirty disgusting room!

::Dirty. Bugs everywhere. If your stove works, your AC doesn't or vice versa. Have been moved 2 times into different rooms and they all have something wrong with them. One very incompetent man in the front desk. Just trash all around.

::Zero star rating hotel! 1 star rating for front desk staff. We had been detoured on the highway and found it necessary to stop and stay the night. The front desk clerks in both evening and morning were friendly, pleasant and helpful! The room was disappointing. Upon entering the top of the fridge had dried onion peels from an apparent extended stay customer. The kitchen area was not at all cleaned to a satisfactory or above satisfactory standard, as was the bathroom. A long black hair was hanging from kitchen oven hood. The inside windows were filthy and had not been washed in some time. The outside windows also were not clean. The carpets were vacuumed in center of rooms but corners, under desks and areas were not well addressed . Breakfast buffets at other Extended stays have always offered coffee, juice, muffins, fresh fruit and oatmeal. NOT at this location. There was coffee and oatmeal only available to guests. It appeared the staff in the employee break room enjoyed muffins, fresh fruit and juice.... Many windows in the hotel were open on a night that was 30 degrees.... Having stayed at other Extended Stay hotels with a positive experience this location was a disappointment at best! Negative rating

::Our stay was from November 11-13 and the only reason this establishment is getting a 1 is the gentleman that allowed us to check in early was very helpful and courteous. The hallways on the 3rd floor smelled like marijuana, I killed a roach in our bathroom. The refrigerator smelled like something died in it and the gentleman working at the front desk tonight was on a personal call. Absolutely not worth the $279 and change we spent for the two nights. I will be going back to staying at the Hilton again, pricey but at least I can sleep on sheets and walk on the carpet barefoot. This place is totally gross, choose another place, save your money and don't stay here!!!!
