::Staff was professional and helpful. Room was overall clean but had small stains on many surfaces. Window curtains clearly had missing pieces of outer lining, allowing sunlight to come through when closed. Bathroom fan was in poor repair and would grind whenever turned on. Fusebox would not stay closed. Electronics/fixtures left unplugged when room was cleaned. Walls exceedingly thin, could hear neighbors at 3am prayers that lasted for approximately an hour, any movement on floor above also easily heard. Smell of marijuana throughout halls. For $80-100 per night it might have been worth it. For $165 per evening, I would not consider again.

::Great service…Everyone at the hotel was friendly, from the reception staff to those who clean the rooms. Kahina Mouaici, the general manager, and Uzo, the team lead, have been very accommodating! In regard to my room, I love the nice kitchen area and that it’s equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, plenty of cabinet space, beautiful counters, a cook top, microwave, and nice size sink. Having windows that open adds a nice touch, great lighting and a feeling of home. I also appreciate that they allow dogs.

::I had a great stay at this location. Check-in was fast and the young man who helped me was very friendly. I requested a kitchen set which was promptly provided, it was very convenient and economical to be able to cook in the room. The room was nice and clean.

::Absolute worst experience I have ever had and I I'm absolutely going to sue this hotel. I am disabled in a wheelchair and I have never experienced such criticism and ignorance from the hotel manager itself she is the worst kind of person and I cannot believe she did what she did to me. She was extremely nasty to me the entire time I was there with my wife including to her and she harassed us every morning, she would bang on the door saying she got complaints about us when we are the most laid-back relaxed people you can meet, she even went as far as to kicking us out of the hotel knowing that we had nowhere to go. She is the worst kind of person in the Lord will have his way with her

::Arrived at the Hotel and everything was fine, until I went to use the restroom and the toilet didn't work. Would not flush, staff at front desk was apologetic and emphatic and issued a refund. I wasn't going to write a review until.... When I called back the staff member who picked up the phone made me feel as if I was bothering her. She didn't even let me finish before stating that I should wait 3-10 business days before calling back. Finally after some negotiation she looked it up and gave me a status update. For mgmt: Train your staff to fix minor toilet problems takes all of 15c minutes as toilets don't have many components. Second tell your front desk staff the following: Two ears one mouth.
