  The hotel is beautiful! The staff members were amazing! & the lake view from our room was breathtaking! We had dinner at Lak for our anniversary. Everything was delicious & Bella provided great service. The following day we went to The Pearl (spa) and it was so relaxing. The only issue we had while staying at the hotel was no water for almost an hour. I believe they were fixing something and had to shut the water off. This caused a slight problem with our schedule because we needed to wait to take a shower. Despite the water issue, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

  Rounding this 4.5 up! I loved the ambiance and vibe of this restaurant. The lighting and decorations were both inviting and pleasant. Noise levels were low even when the room filled up. Now to the good stuff… I forgot my wine selection ( sorry ) but it was delicious! In fact, all recommendations from our waiter were amazing. We were here for the restaurant week menu and ended up trying almost everything on it. The food was tasty and came out pretty quickly. I’d be interested to see what the full menu boasts. By the way, the warm apple crisp dessert was a melt in your mouth slice of heaven! Perhaps the best thing I had on the menu. By the end of the night the room was full and our waiter felt a little overwhelmed but all in all it was a delightful experience. This man was a 10/10 waiter who basically served the entire room by himself. The 0.5 deduction came simply from the gradual decline in our waiters attention and the fact that our food was always good though not always great. Definitely worth a try!

  Excellent hotel! Extremely clean hotel room. The bedsheets were spotless and smelled fresh and clean. The pillows were amazing and the so was the bed. I was so obsessed with the pillows that I purchased them. We are titanium member Marriott and we stood at so many Marriott this one was hands down the best hotel experience we had in a long time. The compliment buffet could be better because there is not a lot of options. Their options were limited and only offered mini muffins, toasts, small pastry and cereal. They have a restaurant in the hotel and their breakfast was really good and was decently priced. The location is beautiful and you can walk to other restaurants and a beautiful lake. Great experience and gorgeous hotel.

  Gorgeous place!! Unbelievable! This rates up there as one of my favorite hotels! It’s hard to even call it a “hotel”; it’s so much more that. The views of the lake from the bar, the restaurant, the gathering areas, and my room put me in awe. The staff is friendly, kind, and accommodating! When you leave, you feel like they are your friends. They personalize service for you, including at the restaurant. They accommodated my gluten allergy, as well as my love for crab!! Yum!

  We loved this hotel the minute we drove up to it. This place is beautiful, especially for the fall weather. Parking is free and ample steps from the door in a parking garage. The lobby is spacious and beautiful so we were able to work during the day and hang out with friends in the evening. There is a lovely trail around the lake outside the hotel. I was actually surprised by some of the reviews and realized they were from a long time ago; they seem to have turned things around. In the evening there were a lot of people enjoying the bar area, it was very popular with the fireplace. Football game was on. My room was really clean and the shower and bed were amazing. Only things I care about are if I can sleep: quiet, dark room, good bed and if it's clean. During the day I looked out and even saw a cleaner taking extra care on the balcony. Also really liked the layout of the room with a couch near the window. (Only thing: we had someone bill our room for drinks at the bar which we had to check and have take off. need a better system for checking people's billing).
